Plated Diamond Ball 1.0mm

Ball width 1.0mm head dia., 1.0mm head length, 2.35mm (3/32") shank. 

Plated Diamond blanks are precision turned from stainless steel to ensure proper concentricity and balance for high speed use. All corners are rounded and the plating cycle is specifically tuned to ensure even diamond coverage and an extremely strong bond. Features sharp, natural diamond grit that conforms to ISO specs for medium grade – 120 – 200 grit / 100 – 60 micron.

Diamond points are excellent on hard & soft woods for carving, fine detailing and texturing. They are also good for hardened steel, glass, precious metals, ceramics, stone and composite materials for a broad range of applications, including industrial, jewellery and laboratory.
